Harborside Digital Studio is an independent, one-person web design studio based in Plymouth, Massachusetts. In this policy, "I" and "me" refer to the studio and the person who runs it. If you have a question about anything here, email harborsidedigital@gmail.com.
What I collect
This website only collects the information you choose to send me through its forms or by email:
- Contact form: your name, email address, project type, and message.
- Website assessment form: your name, email address, website URL, and any message you include.
- Website Care review form: your name, email address, website URL, what you'd like help with, and, if you provide them, your business name and website platform.
The forms don't ask for payment details, and submitting one doesn't create an account, start a subscription, or sign you up for anything.
How I use it
I use the information you send to reply to you, review the website you've shared, and discuss the work you've asked about. This website has no newsletter or mailing list.
Services that help run this website
- Web3Forms receives form submissions and forwards them to my email inbox. Its handling of that data is described in the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Google (Gmail) hosts the email account where form submissions and direct emails arrive.
- Vercel hosts this website. Like most web hosts, it processes standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver and secure the site. See the Vercel privacy policy.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this website, so your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address. See the Google privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
As of the effective date above, this website doesn't set cookies, store information in your browser, or use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
How long information is kept
Messages and form submissions are kept in my email account for as long as they're needed to respond to you and keep a record of any work discussed, unless you ask me to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent me by emailing harborsidedigital@gmail.com.

Children
This website is intended for business owners and isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes to this policy
