You run your business. I'll take care of your website.

Straightforward website maintenance, routine checks, and minor updates for $99/month. Based in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Available to small businesses nationwide.

$99/month Month-to-month. No long-term contract.

Small website changes shouldn't pull you away from your business.

Most established small-business websites don't need a redesign. They need someone keeping an eye on them.

Hours change. A phone number gets updated. A photo needs replacing. A link quietly stops working.

None of it is complicated, but it adds up, and it's easy to put off when you're busy running the business itself.

Website Care is a simple way to hand that off. Each month, I check that your website is working as it should, make the small updates you send me, and let you know what I found.

Website Care — $99/month

One plan, one price. Each month of Website Care includes:

  1. Monthly website health inspection

A routine look at your website each month to confirm pages load, nothing obvious has broken, and your business is being presented the way it should be.

  2. Broken link and contact form checks

I check your links and test your contact form, so visitors aren't hitting dead ends and inquiries aren't quietly going missing.

  3. Up to 30 minutes of minor content updates each month

Send me the small changes you need and I'll make them. Examples of eligible updates are listed below.

  4. Basic desktop and mobile functionality checks

A check that your key pages, navigation, and forms work on both desktop and mobile.

  5. Brief monthly maintenance summary

A short summary of what I checked, what I updated, and anything worth your attention.

Examples of eligible updates

  • Business hours
  • Existing website text
  • Replacing images you supply
  • Contact information
  • Minor broken links
  • Small content corrections

What's not included

Website Care is designed for routine upkeep and small changes. Larger work is still welcome. It's simply handled separately, so the monthly plan stays simple and predictable.

  • Complete redesigns
  • New pages or substantial new sections
  • Custom application development
  • Major layout changes
  • Emergency website recovery
  • Malware removal
  • Complex plugin or theme repairs
  • Hosting and domain registration
  • Shopify checkout and payment troubleshooting
  • Large product catalog updates
  • Major integrations or custom functionality

Already have a website? I'll handle the upkeep.

Website Care is available for qualifying websites built with the platforms below. Basic content and image updates, minor corrections, and routine functionality checks are generally eligible. Every website is reviewed first, so being on a supported platform doesn't mean a site is automatically accepted.

  • WordPress

Content and image updates, minor corrections, and routine checks. Plugin and theme updates are performed only when they're safe, supported, and within the agreed scope.

  • Wix

Updates to existing text, images, hours, and contact details, along with minor corrections and routine functionality checks.

  • Squarespace

Updates to existing text, images, hours, and contact details, along with minor corrections and routine functionality checks.

  • Shopify

Content and image updates, minor corrections, and routine storefront checks. Checkout, payment systems, and complex ecommerce management are not included.

Selected custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript websites may also qualify. Websites built with React, Next.js, or other more complex application frameworks require individual assessment.

How it works

  1. Request a complimentary review

Share your website and a little about what you need.

  2. I'll review your website

I'll check its platform, condition, accessibility, and maintenance requirements to determine whether it qualifies.

  3. Start Website Care

If approved, you'll receive clear enrollment details before any subscription begins.

  4. Receive ongoing care

I'll perform routine checks, complete eligible approved updates, and provide a brief monthly summary.

Who Website Care is for

Website Care is intended for established small-business websites that need occasional changes and routine maintenance: sites that are already doing their job and simply need someone looking after them.

That often includes contractors, landscapers, cleaning businesses, salons, pet-care providers, and other independent service businesses. If your business isn't on that list, it may still be a good fit. The review is the easiest way to find out.

Independent website design and ongoing website care, based in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Working with small businesses locally and nationwide.

I work with businesses in Plymouth, across the South Shore, and throughout Southeastern Massachusetts, as well as qualifying clients anywhere in the United States. Website Care is handled remotely, so where you're located doesn't change how the service works.

If your website needs more than upkeep, a website redesign or a new custom website may be the better place to start.

Common Questions

  • Which website platforms are supported?

WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and Shopify websites are generally eligible, along with selected custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript websites. React, Next.js, and other more complex applications are assessed individually. Every website is reviewed before enrollment.

  • Can you maintain a website built by another developer?

Often, yes. Who built the website matters less than how it was built and the condition it's in today. The complimentary review is where I confirm whether it's a good fit.

  • What counts as a minor content update?

Small changes to content that already exists: business hours, contact information, existing text, replacing images you supply, fixing minor broken links, and small corrections. New pages, new sections, and layout changes fall outside Website Care and are quoted separately.

  • What happens if my website has existing problems?

I'll let you know what I find during the review. Minor issues may fit within Website Care. Larger problems, such as broken functionality, malware, or a website that needs recovery, are quoted separately and may need to be resolved before the website can be enrolled.

  • Do I need to provide website access?

Yes. To make updates, I'll need access to your website platform. Where the platform allows it, that usually means adding me as a contributor or collaborator, so you never need to share your own password. The details depend on the platform and are covered during enrollment.

  • Are hosting and domains included?

No. Hosting and domain registration stay with your current providers and remain your responsibility. Website Care covers routine upkeep and minor updates to the website itself.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

Website Care is month-to-month, with no long-term contract. Cancellation details are included in the enrollment information you receive before any subscription begins.

  • What happens if I need more than 30 minutes of edits?

I'll let you know before going past the included time. Additional work is quoted separately and only goes ahead once you approve it.

  • Do unused minutes roll over?

No. Each month includes up to 30 minutes of minor content updates, and unused time doesn't carry over to the following month.

  • Do you provide emergency support?

No. Website Care is routine maintenance, not an emergency service. I aim to respond to requests within two business days, but emergency recovery, outages, and malware removal aren't included. If something serious comes up, I'll tell you whether I can help and what it would involve.

  • Can I use Website Care if my business is outside Massachusetts?

Yes. Harborside Digital Studio is based in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and Website Care is available to qualifying small businesses throughout the United States. Everything is handled remotely.
